Warranty: Parts Only Warranty 3 years warranty on flywheel assembly, brake knob assembly, handlebar assembly, seat post and foot adjustments. 2 years warranty on handlebar post plastic sleeve, bottom bracket assembly, seat saddle assembly, and pop-pin assembly. 1 year warranty on pedals, chain, brake pad assembly, rubber frame guard, brass brake nut & remaining parts. NOTE: studio bike break pads are wearable so are not covered. Mains/Generator Powered Cardio 5 years frame, 3 years parts, 2 year treadmill motor, 1 year labour. Curved Treadmill & Power Sled 5 years frame, 3 years parts, 1 year labour. All warranties exclude wear and tear.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.

Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
