  • Primal Personal Series accessories are covered for home use by our standard 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

  • Primal Pro Series accessories are covered for light commercial use by our standard 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

  • Primal Performance Series accessories are covered for full commercial use by our standard 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty.


 


Bars and Collars


 



  • Primal Personal Series bars & collars are covered for home use by our 12 month no breaks warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Warranty is only valid when items are used and maintained correctly as per the following: - CORRECT USE ENTAILS, Weight loading does not exceed the recommended limits. bars are not left loaded with weights. Bars are only used with weight plates. A weightlifting platform is used if using bars on the floor. Bars are not dropped on boxes, benches spotter arms or similar. CORRECT MAINTENANCE ENTAILS, Bars are wiped down with wd40 or similar not alcohol-based cleaning fluids and chalk is cleaned from the bar. Bars are annually oiled to prevent rust and to ensure bearing lubrication.

  • Primal Pro Series cardio machines are covered for full commercial use with our 3 years parts only warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, rust, wear, and tear is not covered under warranty. Rowers and Ski Trainers - Parts Only Warranty 3 years warranty on all parts excluding the following wearable parts: - pedals, handles, handlebar grips and saddle which have 12 months.

  • Primal Performance Series cardio machines are covered for full commercial use with our 3 years parts and 1 year labour warranty (excluding studio & Air bike) from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, rust, wear, and tear is not covered under warranty. Studio & Air Bikes - Parts Only Warranty 3 years warranty on flywheel assembly, brake knob assembly, handlebar assembly, seat post and foot adjustments. 2 years warranty on handlebar post plastic sleeve, bottom bracket assembly, seat saddle assembly, and pop-pin assembly. 1 year warranty on pedals, chain, brake pad assembly, rubber frame guard, brass brake nut & remaining parts. NOTE: studio bike break pads are wearable so are not covered. Mains/Generator Powered Cardio 5 years frame, 3 years parts, 2 year treadmill motor, 1 year labour. Curved Treadmill & Power Sled 5 years frame, 3 years parts, 1 year labour.  All warranties exclude wear and tear.


 


Flooring & Platforms


 



  • Primal Pro Series flooring & platforms are covered for light commercial use with our 12 months parts only warranty (excludes labour) from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Warranty claims are not covered where signs are evident to claims of malicious damage or misuse. Water damage or dirt is not covered under warranty.

  • Primal Performance Series flooring & platforms are covered for full commercial use with our 36 months parts only warranty (excludes labour) from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Warranty claims are not covered where signs are evident to claims of malicious damage or misuse. Wooden or custom Platforms being scratched or chipped is not covered under warranty. Water damage and or dirty flooring is not covered under warranty.

  • Primal Personal Series racks are covered for home use with our 1 year on wearable parts (cables, pulleys, bearings) 2 years on all other parts warranty (excludes labour) from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Warranty  claims are not covered where signs are evident to claims of malicious damage or misuse.

  • Primal Pro Series Single & Dual Station strength equipment is covered for light commercial use with our 5 year frame, 1 year on pads, cables, pulleys and bearings, 2 years on all other parts warranty (excludes labour) from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Warranty claims are not covered where signs are evident  to claims of malicious damage or misuse.

  • Primal Performance Series Single & Dual Station strength equipment is covered for full commercial use with our 5 year frame, 1 year on pads, 2 years cables, pulleys and bearings, 3 years on all other parts and 1 year labour warranty from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers products against manufacturing defects & breaks for the original purchaser. Improper use, wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Warranty claims are not covered where signs are evident to claims of malicious damage or misuse.
