A Vision for Empowerment
Kult Fitness was born out of the vision of Amy, the gym’s owner, who saw a gap in the market for a female-centric fitness space in Fife. Amy wanted to create a gym where women could feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to engage in physical activity.
The result is a space that fosters confidence, strength, and a sense of belonging. We worked closely with Amy to ensure the gym layout and equipment were perfectly tailored to both the gym’s ethos and the community's specific needs.
The Primal Touch: A Customised Fitness Experience
To meet the needs of Kult Fitness, we provided a comprehensive package of high-performance equipment designed to support Amy’s vision and help members reach their full potential:
- Bootcamp Area: The bootcamp area serves as the gym’s heart, designed for community-driven workouts. Fully equipped with PRIMAL Plyo Boxes, Curved Treadmills, Rowers, AstroTurf, and customised racks and wall ball targets, this space promotes explosive power and conditioning. It’s perfect for high-energy workouts that build teamwork and empowerment.
- Main Gym Floor: For those seeking a more structured workout, the main gym floor features Pin-Loaded Equipment from PRIMAL. This equipment is ideal for both beginners and seasoned athletes, offering stability and ease of use. With a focus on leg and glute training, our machines provide the variety needed to achieve real results.
- Customised Platforms & Wall Ball Targets: We designed custom platforms for the racks and personalized wall ball targets to bring Amy’s brand to life. These unique touches help create an environment that reflects the values and vision of Kult Fitness.
- Spin Studio: In response to growing demand for cardio options, we equipped Kult Fitness with a state-of-the-art Spin Studio, featuring PRIMAL Performance Series Indoor Cycles (20 bikes). This setup complements the strength training area and provides a high-energy cardio option for members.
