The go-to barbells for performing deadlifts, shrugs, loaded carries and jump variations, building lower-body strength and power with safe and secure technique.
Trap and hex bars are specifically designed to put you inside the bar, not behind it like a normal barbell. Your hands sit in line with your hips and the load stays centred over your feet, so you lift in a more upright position. This clever design aids many lifters that find this easier on the lower back than a straight barbell.
Choose the 25kg Hex Bar for a classic closed-frame design. Or go for the Open Trap Bar, whose open-ended frame lets you step in and out easily, which suits loaded carries and quick changes between sets. Both are built to take heavy, regular use in homes, PT studios and commercial gyms.
