Each time starting with legs straight, roll bar over knees into position, then bend knees, then rotate bar to increase pad height while setting shoulders on bench / getting feet right etc with plates still on the ground, then thrust.

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
