Description
The Pro Series Swiss Olympic Bar has been engineered to be used as a multi-purpose, dual grip pressing bar. The bar has both narrow and wide-grip neutral pressing handles and angled-grip pressing handles. The neutral grip is great to relieve pressure on user’s shoulder muscles when performing heavy presses.
The Swiss Bar (sometimes known as a ‘Football Bar’) is a great variation to training with Olympic bars and is great for training chest and triceps using pressing exercises. It can also be used for hammer curls, forward shoulder raises and neutral-grip, bent-over rows.
The Commercial Swiss Olympic Bar been designed for use in any sports facility, commercial gym, PT studio or home. It has a Matte Nero powder-coated finish and is suitable with all Olympic-sized discs. We recommend using the Swiss Bar with our Primal Premium Rubber Olympic Discs, Coloured Virgin Rubber Bumpers, and our Nero Grain Bumpers.

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
