The glute bridge, pec fly, lat raise, elbow pad, and leg developer/preacher curl attachments enable a true full-body workout—all from the comfort of your bench. Each attachment locks securely into place and stores seamlessly in the compact storage unit provided.
The bench itself offers exceptional versatility, featuring 13 adjustable back pad angles for incline, flat, and decline exercises, targeting a wide range of muscle groups.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a durable black powder-coated finish, the Primal Personal Series Ultimate Home Bench is designed for long-lasting performance in any home gym.

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
