Ergonomically designed with an 8 angle (0° to 90°) adjustable backrest, this premium-grade home gym bench has a 300kg max weight capacity, and is suitable for incline and flat exercises.
Ideal for incline dumbbell presses and rows, this adjustable weight bench can also be used effectively in plyometric or core exercises.
The Primal Personal Series HIIT Bench is ideal for use in dynamic workouts but also doubles up as a convenient storage solution for the Primal Personal Series 40kg Adjustable Dumbbells along with other small gym accessories.
Lockable steel storage trays ensure secure dumbbell storage (when static or whilst moving) and easy access to your gym equipment. Move this sleek weight bench around your home or PT studio silently with ease thanks to transport handle and wheels.
All Primal Personal Series Adjustable Dumbbell products are engineered to withstand high intensity workouts and are finished with a double layer matte black paint coating for durable and aesthetic appeal.
Seat and back pads are made with rip-resistant PU-covered padding for long-lasting support and the weight bench is backed by an impressive 2-year home warranty with 1 year for light commercial use, offering added assurance during intense sessions.

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
