Upgrade your chest and tricep training with the Primal Performance Series Plate-Loaded GLS Decline Chest Press - designed for high performance and versatility.
Target the lower pectorals and triceps safely and effectively through a natural range of motion. Ergonomically designed dual handles with knurled grips offer both close and wide grip positions, allowing for varied and controlled movement patterns.
A height-adjustable seat ensures flexibility for targeting different muscle groups. Raise the seat and select a close grip to focus on triceps; lower the seat and switch to the wide grip for targeted lower chest activation.
Combine the Primal Performance Series Plate-Loaded GLS Decline Chest Press with any Primal weight plate or resistance bands for enhanced performance and to fine-tune workout intensity to suit your fitness goals.

Shipping
We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2-3 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
