The Primal Performance Series Jerk Blocks are the perfect gym accessory to complement your Olympic lifting.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or fitness beginner, these sturdy jerk blocks provide the versatility you need for a variety of high-intensity workouts. This weightlifting accessory can be used to improve your jerk, clean, or deadlift, and doubles up as an effective tool for plyometric exercises such as box jumps.
These wooden jerk blocks are easily stackable, giving you flexibility to customise your workout in line with your specific training needs.
Built from high-quality, durable materials, these Olympic lifting blocks are designed to withstand the rigors of intense training sessions. External wood panels on the jerk boxes are double walled coupled with reinforced plywood bracing, ensuring they are a robust and valuable addition to any high-traffic gym.
You can lift with confidence knowing the Primal Performance Series Jerk Blocks provide a stable platform. Blocks are designed to stay in place during all forms of lifts. This premium gym equipment also includes an 8mm thick rubber top layer, ensuring excellent impact absorption and noise reduction.
Raised front and back edges have also been built into the design for further safety against dropping barbells and plates.
Despite their heavy-duty construction these jerk blocks are simple to move and store. There are cut out handles on either side of each block, making it easy to stack neatly in your gym for maximum space efficiency.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500
All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the next business day
Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.
One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.
Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.
Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.
Parcel deliveries require a signature.
