How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

If the item is in stock we aim to despatch within 48 hours, please see our

Do you ship overseas?

Do you offer installation?

We offer installation packages for all types of gyms. From home gyms, to personal training studios, to commercial gyms, to elite performance centres. You can add this at the checkout or contact our sales team at [email protected]

Do you offer warranty on items?

We offer warranty, extended warranty, and product aftercare including servicing. Please contact our sales team at [email protected]

Do you offer finance and leasing options?

We offer a range of finance and leasing options.

Shipping

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on orders over £500.

All of our UK stocked products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 days of the order being placed between Monday to Friday. Any weekend orders will be shipped from the Monday of the following week.

Expect standard delivery within 3-7 business days.

One Man Pallet Delivery occurs within 3-7 business days.

Please note that install time of 4-6 weeks is expected from shipping date.

We deliver Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm; assistance recommended for larger or heavy items.

Please note we advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

Parcel deliveries require a signature.

Returns

Under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel most domestic products purchased from us using distance means and receive a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns page for full information.
