The Primal Strength Russian 28mm Olympic Bar is the ultimate bar for Olympic Lifting training and for anyone doing multiple reps/drops, functional or performance training. The Russian style locking system insures the plates stay locked to the bar and never move, the quick release collar system means adjusting weights is very quick and then you simply spin the collar end to lock. The bar itself is Ionised in black with unique grooved sleeve ends. The 28mm grip has a medium 1.2mm knurl with dual lines. Steel Russian collars are included.

Cleaning or disinfectant/sanitising spray should not be sprayed directly onto this product, it can remove the paint/ceramic coating/ionised/chromed finish and can cause rust. This product must only be used indoors in a temperature controlled environment and be left dry. Any damage to products from chemical cleaning products voids the product warranty.
