Rotating angle adjustable top pad

Select either a flat pad or a curved “GHD” style pad, and tilt either pad to shift emphasis between glutes, hamstrings and lower back as desired.

Angle the curved pad to maximise range of motion for the abdominal muscles.

Adjustable range limiter on Reverse Hyperextensions

Easily limit the range of motion on reverse hyperextensions via a simple pin adjustment. You can use this to remove / limit spinal flexion during reverse hypers, or to start each rep from a dead stop and build strength at a particular point in the range.

Adjustable length leg roller

Easily adjust the lever length to keep the pad perfectly placed on your ankles during reverse hyperextensions

Plate loaded offset weight arm

The offset weight arm provides additional resistance in the starting range Vs a hanging pendulum, providing a more balanced resistance curve than traditional reverse hyperextension machines. This provides additional stress for the glutes in their lengthened position, maximising glute strength and growth, and also reduces the urge to “swing” the weight to the top position.

Multiple Step and grip points for easy access and exit

Two sets of steps to enter the machine for GHD's make getting on and off a breeze no matter what the users stature. An ergonomically placed side handle makes setting up safe and easy, and a height adjustable step at the front provides a safe and instinctive dismount from the reverse hyperextension pad.

Easy Grip foot plate adjustment lever.

A full size handle is pulled to disengage the pop pin, allowing the foot plate to be easily controlled with both hands whilst being adjusted closer / further from the hip pad. Safe and easy adjustments can be made by users of all strength levels.

Clamping index pins

The roller pads are height adjustable and feature a clamping index pin to completely eliminates shake and wobble in the ankle rollers. Turn the clamp left to loosen, then pull the pin out and adjust the height of the pads as desired. Allow the pin to re-insert as normal and then turn the handle right to tighten again, clamping the ankle roller mount in place.
