Three position handles
Select the neutral (vertical) handle to maximise lat development, the inward angled handle to build the middle back trapezius muscles, or for rear delts emphasis grab the wider spaced horizontal handles. Whichever you choose you'll get targeted stimulation of the muscle group from the very first rep.
Leverage resistance mechanism.
The ergonomically designed weight lever provides heavier loading in the stretch position where the back muscles are strongest, then reduces the loading as the muscles reach the contracted position. This matched resistance profile keep the muscle under the perfect tension throughout the rep.
